Terms of Service
By creating an account or using pawtrck, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the application.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use pawtrck. By using pawtrck, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal ability to agree to these Terms.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.
pawtrck may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates risk, misuses the service, or is used unlawfully.
3. Pet Care and Veterinary Disclaimer
pawtrck is a tracking, organization, and pet care management tool only.
pawtrck does not provide veterinary advice, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or emergency services. Any information, summaries, charts, reminders, reports, or vet PDF exports generated by the app are for organization and reference only.
Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions, emergencies, diagnoses, treatment, medication changes, significant diet changes, or health concerns regarding your pet. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information you enter into or view in pawtrck.
4. Accuracy of Tracking and Data
pawtrck may display activity, distance, calories, weight trends, reminders, weather information, and other estimates. These features may be affected by device sensors, GPS accuracy, user input, connectivity, third-party data, and other factors.
pawtrck does not guarantee that tracked data, reminders, charts, reports, weather information, or calculations will always be accurate, complete, or available.
5. Subscriptions and pawtrck Plus
pawtrck may offer premium features through pawtrck Plus, including features such as deeper history, long-term trends, advanced training tools, vet-ready exports, and an ad-free experience.
pawtrck Plus subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store. Subscription prices, durations, trial availability, and renewal terms are shown in the app and confirmed by Apple at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple ID/App Store settings. Your Apple ID may be charged according to Apple's subscription rules. Purchases, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple, not directly by pawtrck.
You can restore purchases in the app where supported. Deleting your pawtrck account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription.
6. Free Version and Ads
pawtrck may offer a free version supported by ads or promotional messages. pawtrck Plus is intended to remove ads from the pawtrck experience while the subscription is active.
Ad availability, frequency, format, and placement may change over time. If third-party advertising services are added or changed, pawtrck may update its Privacy Policy and App Store disclosures as needed.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse pawtrck or interfere with its normal operation.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, attack, overload, or disrupt the service.
- Upload or submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or misleading content.
- Use pawtrck in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
8. User Content and Pet Data
You retain ownership of the pet information, photos, records, and other content you enter into pawtrck. By using pawtrck, you grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, store, display, sync, and transmit that content so we can provide the app's features.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you add to pawtrck.
9. Intellectual Property
The pawtrck name, logo, software, interface, design, illustrations, and related materials are owned by the pawtrck team or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of pawtrck's intellectual property.
10. Third-Party Services
pawtrck relies on third-party services such as Supabase, Railway, Cloudflare, RevenueCat, Apple, Expo, and WeatherAPI. pawtrck is not responsible for interruptions, errors, policy changes, or service limitations caused by third-party providers.
11. Account Deletion and Termination
You may delete your pawtrck account from the app settings. Account deletion removes your pawtrck account and associated pet data from our active systems, but it does not cancel any active App Store subscription.
We may suspend or terminate access to pawtrck if necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address violations of these Terms.
12. Changes to pawtrck
We may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some features may require an active subscription, internet access, device permissions, or third-party service availability.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pawtrck and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of use, pet health outcomes, or decisions made based on information tracked in the app.
pawtrck is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, except where warranties cannot be excluded by law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of pawtrck after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
